Please Note.

For Gas Tandoor : There is No Return/No Exchange Policy. We guarantee to send same item as shown in pictures and videos. You can ask for any further pictures/videos before the purchase.

For all other items excluding Gas Tandoor: return is applicable only if the product is unused or stll packed. There will be 30% deduction from the total price and return cost will be beared by customer.

Exchange is also possible if the product is not used or still packed. No deduction in price for exchange. Replacement Cost still needs to be beared by Customer.

For Items that are used: There is no return or exchange.
