Dear Shan Tandoor Team,
I recently purchased your tandoor and overall, I am quite happy with the performance — it heats up quickly, cooks perfectly, and is a versatile addition to my kitchen. However, I would like to share some honest feedback along with attached pictures:
1. **Scratches on Tandoor Body:**
The tandoor arrived with a few scratches. I understand that such minor damage can happen during shipping of a large item, so I have no issue with this.
2. **Gas Burner Fire Issue:**
The gas burner flame is only working on half the ring. I have attached a picture for your reference. Again, this is manageable for me and not a big problem.
3. **Gas Valve Frame Loose (Serious Concern):**
The most serious issue I’m facing is that the frame around the gas valve (where the pipe connects and the gas knob is located) is completely loose. It seems the screw was installed in a tilted manner and cannot be tightened now.
Every time I turn the gas on/off, the entire frame shakes — which is unsafe and could lead to **gas leakage or fire hazard**. This part needs proper fixing and is **not acceptable** for me due to safety reasons.
Despite this, I really like your product. I tried calling your customer service but unfortunately, no one answered.
Kindly look into this matter and let me know if you can provide a solution or technician visit.
